The full set: a professional 3x3 4-post Power Cage with multi-grip pull-up bar and j-hooks, a 7ft Olympic bar, 110kg of rubber bumper plates (2x 20kg, 2x 15kg, 2x 10kg, 4x 5kg), locking collars, an adjustable weight bench, and two safety-rated spotting arms.

How much total weight is included?

The standard 110kg of bumper plates is included: 2x 20kg, 2x 15kg, 2x 10kg, 4x 5kg. The 7ft Olympic bar adds an additional ~20kg.

Do you offer local installation?

We currently offer direct home delivery and convenient local pickup. For installation services, we can recommend preferred local partners on select islands.
